Використовуючи мобільний додаток Isovi, ви погоджуєтеся з цими Умовами використання та стандартною ліцензійною угодою Apple (EULA).
1. Медичний дисклеймер (Health Disclaimer)
Isovi надає виключно інформаційні розрахунки енергетичного балансу (калорій, макронутрієнтів, BMR/TDEE) та фітнес-статистику. Додаток не є медичною організацією та не надає медичних порад, діагнозів чи схем лікування. Перед початком будь-якої дієти або тренувальної програми завжди консультуйтеся з лікарем або сертифікованим медичним фахівцем.
2. Підписки та оплата
- Оплата списується з вашого облікового запису Apple ID після підтвердження покупки.
- Підписка продовжується автоматично, якщо її не скасовано принаймні за 24 години до закінчення поточного періоду.
- Ви можете керувати підписками та скасувати автоподовження в налаштуваннях облікового запису Apple ID у будь-який час.
3. Інтелектуальна власність
Усі права на дизайн, логотипи, алгоритми та програмний код належать команді розробників Isovi.

Terms of Service (EULA)
By downloading or using the Isovi mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Medical & Health Disclaimer
Isovi provides energy balance calculations (calories, macronutrients, BMR/TDEE) and physical activity insights strictly for informational and educational purposes. The app is not a medical organization and does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical prescriptions, or treatment plans. Always consult a licensed physician or healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or workout regimen.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
3. Intellectual Property
All design assets, trademarks, algorithms, and software architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Isovi.
